            Sister Hilda Macauley will like to meet with all the 
            children and youths together with their parents and 
            guardians after the Worship Service.  Volunteers are
            needed to teach Sunday School and help prepare the
            children for active participation in the life of the Church.

Registration for Discipleship Academy is now open and available

at the Conference website at http://www.bwcumc.org/academy/cls/washington.  The

Central Maryland Discipleship Academy will be held on the

weekend of March 9-10, 2013 at Goshen UMC. Registration for

this location ends on March 1, 2013. The Greater Washington

Discipleship Academy will be held on the weekend of

April 13-14, 2013 at Bethesda UMC. Registration for this

location ends on April 1, 2013.   You must register for this event

with your own Gateway account. Be sure to register before the

deadline! We do not allow walk-ins for these events.  Flyers with

more detailed class information can be found on the bulletin

boards.

Please give Sister Debbie Jones (charge secretary) pictures of

the charge in action. We are in the process of updating our

bulletin boards, website and facebook page.

3:45 p.m. Please plan to pick up your children at 7:00 p.m.  on Sunday,
January 13th.

2013 is here and the new Charge Directory will be out soon.  Please

January 11^th, in order to have your correct information listed in the Directory.
